Free Shipping
If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $199 or more, your order ships FREE via the carrier of our choice! It's that simple. Via standard UPS ground service most US destinations will receive delivery within 3 business days however, this is subject to availability of items.  Free Shipping allows for deliver in 2 to 10 business days.  If you require expedited options or have a tight deadline to meet please reach out in advance to confirm lead times and let us know your needs to that we can do everything we can to help make your project a success.

Please note: Orders that contain over-sized items such as 8ft tubes or, orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping. Free shipping applies to orders at published pricing only. Shipping costs may be calculated at any time prior to checkout in your shopping cart.

Sales Tax
If you are shipping your order outside of Georgia or California you will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax applies only to taxable orders within the states of California and Georgia. Any sales tax amount shown in the shopping cart prior to checkout is an estimate only and will be automatically removed at checkout prior to payment when not applicable.

Transit Damage
While we make every effort to protect each shipment from damage there are instances where despite our best efforts a shipmemt may sustain damage in transit. Please do not refuse delivery. Please notate the damage with the carrier at delivery and report it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will act quickly to assist you in getting replacements and file any claims necessary where applicable.
Orders containing tube lights which are subject to a minimum order quantity and subsequently received damaged will be offered credit only for transit damage. This can be issued either as a credit back to your card used for payment or as a store credit. Replacements will not be shipped unless an additional quantity is ordered to meet minimum. Minimum orders are often in place in order to ship a case quantity and minimize risk. Shipping less than the minimum on these items increases the likelihood of damage and is not feasible.

Expedited Shipping Options
We work hard to accommodate the needs of every customer. While we feel that our free shipping option via the carrier of our choice provides the highest value for our customers we understand that sometimes your needs may require more urgent handling. On all of our in stock items we are also able to offer alternative expedited shipping methods at an additional charge including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select. If you require an expedited shipping method you will be given the option to select the method of your choice in your shopping cart prior to checkout.  Expedited shipping times apply to transit time only and do not apply to processing time.  If your order is out of stock, is placed on a holiday, placed after 2PM EST, or is placed after hours then there will be additional processing time prior to shipment.

Same Day Shipping
Orders must be placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time in order to guarantee same day shipping. In stock orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on holidays will ship out on the next business day.

Can I use my own carrier account number to ship my order on?
This option is currently available for UPS customers only.
If you have your own UPS account number that you would like to use for shipping we are happy to accommodate your request. You must include your UPS account number and which shipping method you are authorizing for the shipment in the Order Comments section prior to checkout.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please understand that if you elect to have us bill your own shipping account, a shipping charge will remain on your order confirmation and will have to be manually removed by Green LED Zone prior to capturing the payment for your order. Our website is not currently set up to automatically remove shipping charges in this scenario so your initial order confirmation will continue to show the shipping charge even after your order has been accepted. We will deduct the pre-calculated shipping cost from your order and edit it off manually when we capture payment. The difference will then be accurately reflected on any subsequent order documentation.

Easy Returns
In order to provide you with the best service return requests are accepted online only. Please review our returns policy below before submitting your request.

Making a return is easy!

Just follow these simple steps:
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Once logged in click here to view your orders then click into the order details of the order number that you require assistance with.
  3. At the upper right of your order details click on "Request Return". From there your information will be automatically filled out and you will be given the opportunity to include any comments or concerns with your request before final submission.

TIP: If you placed your order prior to May 25, 2017 or are unable to locate your order once logged into the website use the contact form here and provide as much order information as possible.

Green LED Zone Return Policy:

  • All returns must be approved prior to sending the items back to us. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be considered for credit.
  • We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days has passed, we may offer an exchange or store credit only in special circumstances.
  • *Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition.
  • Once a return has been authorized an RMA number will be issued. The RMA number must be visible on the outside of each returning package. All returns must be completed within 30 days of the RMA being issued.
  • An original sales receipt must accompany all returns.
  • Proper care must be taken to protect returned items from shipping damage. Credit will not be issued for items returned to us that are damaged in shipment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you paid for outbound shipping those charges will not be refunded.
